of the opinion that said bid of $650.00 is the lowest responsible bid that can be obtained for said contract, it is therefore ordered that said bid be accepted and that contract for moving said court house and clerk's vault according to the order of this board is hereby awarded to said Napoleon Caron at and for said sum of $650.00, an the said Caron entering into and in double the amount of said bid to-wit:	$1300.00	with	good	sureties	conditioned	according	to	law	and	that
he will comply with said contract within thirty days from this day and that he tender said bond to the President of this board within 10 days who is authorized, to approve the same, and it is further ordered that all of the Members of this board be appointed a committee to examine said work when completed and report accordingly.
The board having contracted to move the present court house a distance of 76 feet to the said side of the lot upon which said building now stands; it is ordered that when said court house in so moved the said building shall be used, known and designated as the Hancock County court house in which all the courts of the county and the meetings of the board of Supervisors shall continue to be held and also in which the Clerk of the Circuit and Chancery courts, the sheriff and the county superintendent of education shall keep their offices.
