Ordered by the board that the sum of $623.00 be allowed to Keenan & Weis, the same being 2\ % due them for plan and specifications on contract price for the building of the new court house, the remaining 1}% in said contract price to be paid in the manner provided for by law and contract with this board, Sect. 363 Code 1906 same being payable out of county fund.
Ordered by the board that the sum of $650.00 be allowed to Napoleon Caron being in full payment of his contract for moving the court house and clerk's vault for which let a warrant issued payable out of the general county fund and that the surety of the said bond of said Caron be discharged and bond cancelled.
Bond of John Henry as superintendent of court house building being presented and examined by the board and the surety thereon being found suffi-cent and bond in the proper form, it is ordered that the same be approved and filed.
