Benj. Garfield to be overseer of this my last will & testament, my s'd executors to allow him out of my estate for his cost & charges reasonable satisfaction to his content, Revoking & making null & void all former or other wills by me heretofore made. In witness herof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this fourth day of January one thousand seven hundred two/three, in the first year of the reign of our lady Anna, by the Grace of God over England & Queen, his John x Biglo mark "Signed, seald & Published Sam'l Livermore Daniel Harrington Witnesses Munning Sawin" The inventory of John Biglo's estate amounted to (pounds)627-12-00. This was a middle-class fortune. Among the expenses charged for the funeral were several pairs of black gloves, twenty gallons of wine, bottles for the wine, allspice and sugar, and two men and horses to carry the wine and other articles to the funeral, also "a man and horse to notify Isaac Lamed and wife at Sherburne to attend the funeral, and a man and horse to notify John Steams at Billerica to attend the funeral.
John died July 14, 1703 in Watertown, Massachusetts.
147	Mary Warren: Mary was bom 1624 in Nayland, Suffolk, England. She was baptized in Nayland, Suffolk, England, September 12, 1624. She married John Bigelow in Watertown, Massachusetts,
October 30, 1642. Mary died October 19, 1691 in Watertown, Massachusetts.
148	John Deacon Haynes: John was bom 1621 in England. He married Dorothy Noyes in Sudbury, Massachusetts, October 13, 1642. John was 1646 in Sudbury, Massachusetts. John was listed as a member of a church in Sudbury Church on the east side, 1666. He was deacon of the church from 1666 until he died and was always known as "Deacon" Haynes.
He made a will in Sudbury, Massachusetts, October 1, 1692. John's will was probated in Sudbury, Massachusetts, March 29, 1697. John died about 1697 in	Sudbury,	Massachusetts.
149	Dorothy Noyes: She married John Deacon Haynes in Sudbury, Massachusetts, October	13, 1642.
Dorothy died April 8, 1715 in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
150	John Roper: He resided in Charlestown, Massachusetts.
151	Allis ? Roper: She resided in Charlestown, Massachusetts.
152	John Baker: John was bom about 1633 in probably England. He married fellow servant Susanna Martin in Wobum, Massachusetts, May 28, 1654. John was whipped and sentenced to marry Susanna, having impregnated her out of wedlock while most of the community was off at militia training for the day. Susanna at first refused to marry John as ordered by the court, but after their child was bom she finally consented.
John died November 6, 1695 in Wobum, Massachusetts.
153	Susanna Martin: She married John Baker in Wobum, Massachusetts, May 28, 1654. John was whipped and sentenced to marry Susanna. Their first child, John, was bom before the marriage took place.
154	Increase Winn:
Increase was bom December 5, 1641 in Wobum, Massachusetts. Increase is recorded as the first white child bom in Wobum.
He married Hannah Sawtell in Wobum, Massachusetts, July 13, 1665. Increase died December 14, 1690 in Wobum, Massachusetts, at 49 years of age. In the administration of his estate, it states that he died December 12. This is at odds with the Wobum vital records which say December 14.
