Samuel was March 22, 1690 in Watertown, Massachusetts. Occupation: sealer of leather. A leather sealer was a person who inspected tanned leather to determine if it was of sufficiently good quality to bear a "seal of approval."
He made a will in Watertown, Massachusetts, August 6, 1702. The will was proved on December 30, 1711. The inventory was valued at 212 pounds.
Samuel died November 22, 1711 in Watertown, Massachusetts, at 71 years of age.

The property was on the east side of the street from Orchard to Main street, sold or given to him by his father.
