I hope I may neve raise another I become to much attached to them, and this little fellow in particular, he all ways had a smile for me, and the only thing to greet me, and make my solitary aboade have any thing like cheerfulness, but he is dead, and nothing can bring him to life again so I will say nothing more about him. I see a few mosquitos for the first time to day. Pa made but two or three days here, he was gone with Ned to Mobile and from there he will return to New Orleans. Little or nothing has been done here in my absence but I will make up for lost time. I am going to put in a large crop. Pa intended putting old Ben and Creasy at the Russ place but Billy wished and beqed to go, so Pa sent him up. There is	no alterations	in	this
country all the same as when I left it.
I have goodeal I could communicate but Pa will give you all that transpired on our way and after our arrivell, the two principal themes, are, Alloway & Co, And Mr Trip. as I have a letter to write to brother, and it is now	quite	late I will
