Like I said, you just write your own ticket. Decide what you want out of life and join your troops in the Bay.
Sometimes referred to as a "bed-room community", many of Bay St. Louis people commute to work with New Orleans only an hour or so away, and Biloxi-Pascagoula a few miles nearer commuting to work isn't all that much of a hassle.
Advantages of living in a small city are numerous.
Rrom the standpoint of economy prices are somewhat cheaper for services, rentals, and merchandise when compared with
other areas of the country, and there isn't a single
parking meter to be fed! Shopping is easy with all the
available free parking space. No place is "far". Tennis
courts are free. School buses as well as private school buses
transport the students, and the bus drivers are careful. If
you doubt this just get behind a school bus and wait while that
STOP sign demands a stand-still until every child is loaded and
the door closed.
Police protection is	adequate.	No	city	is	crime	free,
but here again by comparison the police force has an enviable record when it comes to apprehending those in violation of the laws.
