VI.	George W. Rickard - born September 14, 1816 and married Sara "Sally"
Ann Haverly on January 13, 1847 in Middleburg, NY. He died August 14, 1884 in Endicott, NY and is buried in Riverside Cemetery in that city.
VII.	Daniel Rickard - born February 4, 1818
VIII.	David G. Rickard - born December 21, 1821, twin	to	Elizabeth
IX.	Elizabeth Rickard - born December 21, 1821, a twin to David
X. Leah Rickard - born April 19, 1823 according to baptismal record in the Dutch Reformed Congregation Church in Schoharie, NY.
The parents of George A. Rickard were Nicholas Rickard and Lea Hummell.
From this point, we are relying on the information found on the internet that seems accurate based on the few records that we have at our disposal. This Nicholas Rickard was born on September 14, 1752 in Schoharie, Schoharie Co. (then Albany Co.) NY. Please note that Schoharie Co. was carved from Albany Co. in 1795. This birth was taken from the record of the Schoharie Dutch Reformed Church in Middleburgh,	NY. He married Lea Hummell on November 13,	1774	in	what
is now Schoharie, NY.	He is buried in the Middleburg, NY Cemetery	next	to	his
parents with a head-marker that reads "Nicholas Rickard, born September	14, 1763
and died May 9, 1820".	His headstone information was taken from a	list	of
Schoharie cemeteries by Henry Cady prior to 1921. These were handwritten and not easy to decipher, thus there could be errors in the typed list. Our Nicholas Rickard is listed as born on September 14, 1763 while his church baptismal record says he was born on September 14, 1752. Additionally, if you believe the 1763 date, Nicholas would have been 11 years old when he married in 1774. With this knowledge, we will have to use the 1752 date as the correct one. He is buried next to his wife and her headstone reads "Lea Hummell, his wife, born May 6, 1754 and died October 12, 1818" as taken from her headstone. Researchers have her born in Ulster Co., NY, the daughter of George	Hummell and	Margaret Fierer.
Nicholas and Lea Rickard had the following	children	as	taken from	the
Schoharie Dutch Reformed Church records:
I.	George Rickard - born July 27, 1775 in Schoharie Co., NY, believed to have died as a child.
II.	Eva Rickard - born January 4, 1777
III.	George A. Rickard - born January 13, 1782 and married Elizabeth Stickel as previously discussed.
IV.	David G. Rickard - born February 10, 1784 and died October 13, 1869.
He is buried in the Lutheran Church Cemetery in Schoharie next to his wife, Elizabeth Rickard and his parents.
