One-story, L-plan, frame, vernacular dwelling supported by a concrete block pier foundation, clad with vinyl siding, and sheltered by a gable roof sheathed with asphalt shingles. Character defining elements include plain eaves and a shed-roofed porch that fills the re-entrant angle of the "L" on the primary elevation. Windows are single and paired 6/6 double-hung-sash .
