One-story, rectangular plan, frame, three-bay-wide (w-d-w) font-gable Neo-Bungalow with a partial-width gable porch which extends across the right two bays. Windows are single and paired 1/1 vinyl double-hung-sash with faux muntins to replicate 6/6 windows. The house rests on a concrete block pier foundation, is clad with composite wood boards, and has an asphalt shingle roof.
