One-story, frame, three-bay-wide (w-d-w) Minimal Traditional Rectangular Cottage with a side-gable roof. A projecting gabled entry porch is located offset right on the main façade. The house has a concrete block pier foundation, stucco cladding, paired 6/6 wooden double-hung windows, and an asphalt shingle roof.
