Bungalow/Gable-Front Constructed in two parts: a one-story, gable-front bungalow, and a one-story, rectangular-plan, stuccoed commercial addition. The dwelling rests on a foundation of stuccoed brick piers, is clad with vinyl siding, and has wide boxed eaves, exposed beams, and an asphalt shingle roof. The attached commercial section rests upon a concrete slab, is sheltered by a gable roof sheathed with corrugated metal panels, and is decorated with a stepped parapet.
