Two-story, four-bay-wide (d-w-w-d) frame, apartment building with two inset-entry porches on the comers, a prominent front-gable roof with large brackets, and stucco, vinyl and vertical wood siding. The second and third bays on the primary gable façade are paired 6/6 double-hung-sash windows. The building sits on a concrete slab foundation.
