c. 1895 - Shotgun (Primary Significance)
1-story 2x3-bay shotgun cottage with front-gable orientation and undercut gallery. Porch supported on posts with balustrade and valance, which is turned and scalloped. Front gable contains square double light and is denticulated with partial returns.
