One-story, frame, two-bay-wide (d-w), vernacular gable-front Bungalow that has an inset partial-width porch with a replacement wood comer post and decorative balustrade located on the left entrance bay. The right bay is a replacement paired aluminum double-hung-sash window. Other windows are also 1/1 aluminum double-hung-sash. The building has a concrete block pier foundation, wood novelty siding, exposed rafters, and a pressed metal roof.
