1924-1930 - Vernacular Bungalow/Gable-Front (Contributing)
One-story, frame, three-bay-wide (w-d-w), vernacular gable-front Bungalow that has a gable entry porch with new spindlework and brackets located offset left on the gable-front façade. The original inset partial-width porch was enclosed after 1944 (per the Sanborn Fire Insurance maps). The original windows have been replaced with 6/6, 9/6, and 6/4 aluminum double-hung-sash windows. A square, louvered vent is in the front-gable end. The building rests on a continuous concrete foundation, is clad in composite wood, and has exposed rafters and a pressed metal roof.
