Enclosed is a draft letter addressed to the State Park and Recreation Commission. This transmitted letter is needed by us in order to complete the City's application for 50% matching funds under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Development Grants.
It will be necessary for you to retype the transmittal letter on the City's letterhead stationary then sign it and return it to us. We will then make copies and bind the letter with the master plan for the Marina. Once this is completed the master plan will be sent to you so that it can be filed with the Mississippi State Park and Recreation Commission.
