yississippi Sound is being dredged by the government boat Pascagoula in the vicinity of Biloxi, work starting Wednesday.
The vessel will be busy about tvo veeks.
It has been tvo years since vork of this kind has been done. The Government appropriates $10,000 annually for the purpose of maintaining the channel into Biloxi, the vork being done under the supervision of U. S. Engineer’s office of Kobile.
The channel is 150 feet wide and eight feet deep and is marked by lights.
