at a former meeting of this board been selected and a committee having been appointed by this Board to examine and pass upon the said plans and the specifications therefor, and they having now reported that they have carefully examined the said plans and specifications, made all necessary changes deemed proper to do, and having recommended their adoption, and therefore the board having examined and fully considered the said plans and specifications together with said report and being fully satisfied in the premises — it is now ordered that said plans marked No. 240, sheets 1 to 8, inclusive together with the specifications therefor submitted by Keenan & Weis architects for the building of a new court house for the said County of Hancock be and they are now hereby accepted, approved and adopted and filed as the plans and specifications for the building of a new county court house on the same site as the present court house of said county in the City of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, on the terms and conditions in the proposal submitted by said architects, in duplicate, on copy of which is filed with the clerk of this board and the other ordered to be signed by H.
D.	Weston president of the board and delivered to said architects. It is further ordered that the clerk of this board give legal notice of the sale of the contract for the building of said court house according to the plans and specifications now on file with the Clerk of this board, said contract to be awarded to the lowest bidder on the first day of August, 1910, the same being the first day of the regular August Meeting of this board, snd sealed bids or proposals are invited to be opened on said day at two o'clock p.m. and each bidder is required to file with the clerk of this board, on or before said day and time, his bid accompanied by a certified check for $500.00 payable to the President of the Board of Supervisors of Hancock County, in order to bind the execution of the conract if accepted and the successful bidder to whom the contract is awarded to file a bond in the full amount of contract price conditioned for the prompt proper and
