Ca. 1905 with later additions. (Note by CHG. Actually built in 1894. Pictured in Along the Gulf). 1-story L-plan cottage with gable-on-hip roof and Queen Anne style decorative features. Additions have altered the original plan. Entrance changed form Beach Boulevard to Washington Street. Modern building constructed in front. (M)
